MasyarakatSederhana, dalam lingkungan masyarakat sederhana (primitif), pola pembagian kerja cenderung dibedakan menurut jenis kelamin. Masyarakat Maju, memiliki aneka ragam kelompok sosial atau lebih dikenal dengan sebutan kelompok organisasi kemasyarakatan yang tumbuh dan berkembang berdasarkan kebutuhan serta tujuan tertentu yang akan dicapai. Individu tidak akan jelas identitasnya tanpa adanya suatu masyrakat yang menjadi latar belakang keberadaanya. Ayahmerupakan individu dalam kelompok sosial tersebut, yang sudah tidak dapat dibagi lagi ke dalam satuan yang lebih kecil. Pada dasarnya, setiap individu memiliki ciri-ciri yang berbeda. Individu yang saling bergabung akan membentuk kelompok atau masyarakat. Individu tersebut akan memiliki karakteristik yang sama dengan kelompok dimana UUNomor 36/2009 pasal 128 ayat 2 dan 3 disebutkan bahwa selama pemberian ASI, pihak keluarga, pemerintah daerah dan masyarakat daerah dan masyarakat harus mendukung ibu secara penuh. Di dalam Pasal 200 menjelaskan bahwa sanksi pidana yang dikenakan bagi setiap orang yaitu dengan sengaja menghalangi program pemberian ASI eksklusif sebagaimana Berbicaratentang konsensus itu artinya kita berbicara tentang integrasi sosial. Adapun kewajiban individu didalam masyarakat adalah melaksanakan apa yang menjadi kewajibannya dengan cara menghormati hak-hak masyarakat. Jika seseorang memiliki hak untuk dihargai, dirinya juga harus menghargai orang lain. Jika seseorang memiliki hak untuk hidup tenang dirinya juga harus menjaga ketenangan, demikian seterusnya. Dari penjelasan diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa setiap individu, keluarga dan masyarakat memiliki relasi atau hubungan yang saling berkaitan satu dengan yang lainnya. Hubungan yang dilandasi oleh nilai, norma dan aturan-aturan diantara komponen-komponen tersebut. Individu tidak akan jelas identitasnya tanpa adanya suatu keluarga dan masyrakat yang menjadi latar belakang keberadaanya. Begitupun sebaliknya, individu berusaha mengambil jarak dan memproses dirinya untuk membentuk perilakunya yang selaras dengan keadaan dan kebiasaan yang sesuai dengan perilaku yang telah ada pada dirinya.
